Here’s how it works.

You make your Deposit 

• Pay the deposit of $10,000 in full 
• You have a cooling-off period, half refundable within 7 days if you change your mind
• After 7 days, the deposit is NOT refundable if you change your mind 

During the first 3 months

You start business with our support, we come to your location and train you to operate your House Cleaners business in all regards and help you with Marketing too.

In this period of time we work closely with you to teach and support you all round, to ensure you are operating correctly with confidence and your first lot of customers are served correctly, invoices are sent to the customer and you have received payments.

• No Fees or Weekly Payments required in the 3 month period to give you the BEST START possible 

At the end of the 3 months

You can be proud of your achievement of successfully running the House Cleaners Franchise in your area.  Your training wheels are removed and we support you at a distance, though still here whenever you need us.

House Cleaners is not for you?

• You can walk away at the end of the 3-month period and you are released of any further obligations
• You do not get your $10,000 deposit back
• You can’t be involved in a cleaning company for a period of 12 months

What Money do you pay?

The Initial Franchise, from $45,000 made up of

• The Deposit $10,000 in full (paid on signing)

• Upfront
• Finance, sourced independenttly or through us; you can pay off quicker and get it out the way 

Payment and weekly fees start at the end of your first 3 months

You pay the balance of the purchase price or start to make finance payments

After 3 months you want to finish with House Cleaners before the contract ends
