Franchise Costs

Introduction

One of the successes of the House Cleaning brand has been the openness of the information available on the area websites, particularly regarding pricing. We want that to continue here. Of course, this information is a summary only, and you will need to read the Legal Agreement for a full description of the fees and costs involved in buying one of our Franchises, as well as the Manual.

  • As an Independent Franchisee, you will have two sorts of costs to pay:
Your own business costs to pay, as with any business, including Tax, Insurance, Product, Equipment, Vehicle, and so on.
  • Our Franchise Costs, some compulsory, and others only as or if required. These are described in the Legal Agreement, and may be increased as necessary. Below we have outlined the Fees and Costs.
  • Please note that all fees and costs are + GST.

Our Major Point of Difference on Fees

Here at The House Cleaning Franchise the money you make is yours to take home, you don’t share it with us!

So, we do not charge you a Royalty Fee, or a percentage of your sales.

So, what do you get for the Franchise Purchase Fee?

In exchange for you paying us the franchise purchase price you get

  • The right to operate a House Cleaners Franchise in the area you have bought
  • Exclusive operation of the House Cleaners Franchisee in that area
  • Access to the area website, email account and Facebook page
  • Access to the Franchisee members page on the Master Franchise Website
  • Access to our manuals, documents and other resources on the member’s login page
  • The opportunity to add services to the business
  • The ability to work as much as you like past the minimum trading times
  • the ability to build up your Franchise, sell it and keep the profit, minus the set fees

And

  • There is no royalty fee, or income based fee, or percentage fee on income
  • There is no marketing or advertising fee
  • You don't buy cleaning products or equipment from us
  • You operate your own business

Note everything we think you need to know about owning and operating is in our manual which you will have access to on our Members Area and we are only a phone call away to support you.
